2017 Annual HOA Meeting

Our 2017 Annual HOA Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. In the case of significant rain that day, the meeting will be held one week later on Tuesday August 1st at 7:00 p.m.

The last two annual meetings were held here in our neighborhood and were big successes. Please join us along the bike path near the footbridge. The area is just off 33rd Street between Parker Lane and Watermark Drive. Please bring your chairs or a blanket to sit on the grass by the path that goes over the bridge. It can be hot in late July so please bring water, no alcohol please. If it rains the meeting will be postponed one week to the following Tuesday.

We have a lot to discuss this year. Please plan to join us as we will be going over many things that have an impact on our neighborhood and we need your input. Some of the things on the agenda so far are:

  • Installing security cameras in our neighborhood
  • The settling pond clean up projects
  • Armstrong Maple trees in our neighborhood
  • Scheduling block parties
  • The two easements in our neighborhood
  • Starting a Welcome Wagon committee

Your HOA also needs homeowners to volunteer their time and serve our community as a member of our Board of Directors. Please consider joining us as we work to keep Ambleside Meadows a great community and a wonderful place to live.
