The Addendum to our CC&R’s says that complaints regarding alleged violations shall be in writing and submitted to the Board of Directors. Non-written complaints or written complaints that do not contain sufficient required information may not be investigated or pursued at the discretion of the Board of Directors of our Homeowners Association. However, pursuant to Section 15 of Article XI the Board may accept non-written or insufficient complaints if the Board deems it reasonable to do so. Before submitting a complaint form please read and become familiar with the parts of the Bylaws, CC&R’s, and the Addendum to the CC&R’s which apply to your concern. Once your complaint form has been submitted please be aware that our HOA often only meets every two or three months. Some time may be required for the HOA to review and consider your submission and decide how to proceed.
